Sales Support Executive / Haywards Heath / Bolney / Sales Client Details A growing manufacturing company based in the Haywards Heath area are looking to recruit a full time permanent Sales Support Executive. Description As Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for: Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs. Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs. Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest. Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Provides periodic territory sales forecasts. Acts as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the sales representatives in the selling organisation. Provide cover for Export Shipping as required. Performs other related duties as assigned. Profile Bachelor's degree Industrial product application engineering and customer service experience or a related field preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Car driver and happy with being in office 5 days a week Job Offer £28-32,000 Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. 5 days a week in the Bolney/Haywards Heath office
