Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £25,000 p/a
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
We are currently representing a leading manufacturer based in Huddersfield and are looking for an effective communicator and experienced administrator to support the wider sales team.

The Key Duties of the Sales Support Administrator
- Work closely with the account managers supporting their customers with admin tasks and communication, you will work with both UK account managers and our international sales function.
- Completing admin tasks including updating spreadsheets in excel.
- Collating range reviews in excel, word, power point.
- Contacting Customers by email and phone to discuss any orders/queries including our international customers.
- Checking in to see if they need a top up order or book an appointment with the account manager.
- Sending brochures and prices.
The Key Requirements of the Sales Support Administrator
- Experience within a Customer Service / Administration role is desirable.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communicator and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Deliver high customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
