Duties will include:
- Responsible for phone answering, directing incoming calls to the appropriate people or departments
- Process sales orders efficiently
- Using the CRM to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inform the relevant salesperson
- Provide a diverse range of Sales Support activities, from marketing support materials to hosting clients at our premises.
- Use various office software, including email, Excel spreadsheets, and company databases, to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.
- Monitor production timesheets, enter times onto spreadsheets, and track efficiencies.
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure all orders are progressing through production and that customers receive their orders on time and in full.
- Enter all orders for items requiring manufacturing onto the production schedule.
- Assist customers with their warranty claims, handling all necessary paperwork.
- Obtain freight quotes when necessary
- Manage courier dispatches, ensuring timely delivery and effectively handling any issues or claims.
- Support the Sales Team when required
- Great time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced typing skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, maintaining composure under pressure
- Good attention to detail
