Sales Support Administrator

Our client is a successful and growing company, they are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join a small and friendly Sales Support team. This role has fantastic career development opportunities for the right person. Personality is key in this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic, bright person (technically minded), someone who is keen to learn and take advantage of the scope offered.

Hours of work Mon-Thur 8.30-5.30, Friday 8.30-3pm.
Benefits include 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, parking etc

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

• Be the main point of contact for the customer
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Ensure accuracy for costing estimations
• Checking availability of materials and tools as required for completion of orders
• Providing technical support to customers
