Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Log technical sales manager activities, schedule updates and prospects onto Keylink (in-house CRM);
- Act as the CRM champion for IG Masonry Support Systems, ensuring accurate and current information.
Enquiry Handling:
- Responsible for logging new enquiries and handing over to the design estimating team;
- Make calls to customers, chase leads, schedules; make appointments and obtain drawings for new projects.
Administrative Support:
- Provide support to the external sales team, assisting with various tasks to enhance efficiency;
- Prepare and provide summaries and reports for key people within the team as required.
Meeting Preparation:
- Collate review packs for sales managers when requested, preparing comprehensive materials for meetings with key customers;
- Assist in populating senior manager and business review slides on a monthly basis.
Customer Visits:
- Organise customer visits to the Swadlincote site, ensuring a positive and engaging experience;
Reporting:
- Provide support in generating reports for line managers and other stakeholders.
Supporting Audits:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and answering audit related queries.

Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Sales Support or administrative role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
