Key Responsibilities
Database Administration
- Load all orders
- Respond with official sales quotation within one hour of request
- Log all lost sales on stocked items due to stock availability
- Feedback market information to the Channel Sales Manager daily
Customer / Supplier Engagement
- Follow company best practice in all dealings with customers
- Demonstrate a positive and professional approach in all customer interactions
- Harvest and nurture a good and mutually beneficial relationships with customers
- Have the ability to offer customer alternatives and offer advice across the range.
