We are recruiting for a global healthcare group that are looking for a hybrid Sales Support Advisor to join their team based in Brighton. Job Role The Sales Support Adviser will provide sales administration support to the Sales Operations Team Leader/Sales Manager, Telesales and BDM sales teams. The prime responsibility is to support with quotes and be the liaison between sales and the fulfilment teams to ensure a smooth implementation of new business. Accountabilities Responsible for ensuring mailboxes are up to date and cleared within the SLA Allocate work to ensure the incoming emails are allocated to the right colleagues/team, including categorising, prioritising and responding to group secretaries, various departments and stakeholders across the business and reallocate if required Prioritising urgent tasks and chase required information when necessary Complete daily administrative duties in order to support SME New Sales Teams with quote support Create opportunity and maintain records to include checks for duplicate leads and assign Opportunities to frontline sales Prepare quote documents Ensure all SME sales quotes are saved within the Sales drive Preparation and facilitation of weekly Sales MI and reporting to support sales activities Collate & complete On-boarding paperwork & Enrolment Spec Diary management Exceed demanding targets for accuracy, productivity and quality within deadlines Learn the IT systems as well as technical knowledge for each process Respond with flexibility and positively to changing situations when having team expansions and cross-skilling with SME Service Support Accept responsibility for own development by taking on additional tasks i.e. being responsible for updating team rotas/shifts, co-ordinating SME Sales team meetings/event planning and organising regular skill share Maintain contact with stakeholders via telephone, email and post Core capabilities Personal and Team Leadership Outcome Focused Managing Risk and Compliance Customer Obsession Academic/ Professional qualifications GCSE or equivalent grade C in Maths and English Ideal experience and delivered performance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong data and analytical skills Good organisational, planning and time management skills Attention to detail Self-motivated, articulate and numerate Ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation Ideally to have some experience of the healthcare market To have a good geographical knowledge, an understanding of differing cultural drivers and an appreciation of differing time zones Excellent PC skills are essential including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Salary - £24,100 Office Location - Brighton (can work from home two days a week)
