Job Title:Sales Support Coordinator (Export)
Salary: £28,000 negotiable depending on experience
Location: Holmfirth
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join a growing business based on the outskirts of Holmfirth. Ideal candidate will have previously dealt with international companies, processing customer orders and liaising with logistics to get goods exported.
Duties:
- Support Export Sales Managers and manage distributors and their price lists, stock orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Become competent in product costing and pricing using pricelist. Update pricelists in conjunction with sector requirements.
- Support and deputise for Export Sales Managers in their absence
- Work in conjunction with Export Sales Managers to assist in projects and identify qualified leads to input onto the CRM system
- Proactively contact clients by telephone, video-conferencing (Teams)
- Provide pricing, tenders and quotations for products, bought in products / services and suggest alternative products and prices against competitor products
- Regularly follow up quotations, update CRM and provide feedback trends to Sales Managers
- Sales order processing – receive and process export customers’ orders: liaise with finance, production and logistics departments to provide a full, on-time, customer service
- Ensure that required information is recorded within CRM.
- Work collaboratively with department managers and support team members to ensure excellent customer service, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help troubleshoot problems
- Work in compliance with the Company’s QA procedures
- Effective interdepartmental communication to ensure excellent customer service
- To fully understand and respond to client needs by building and maintaining relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Report and troubleshoot any problems or complaints
- Understand the role of Buildings and Installations Sales Support and provide cover as and when required
