Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a small busy team of ambitious and service driven professionals, responsible for supporting the sales team whilst maintaining strong client relationships.
You can expect:
* Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Commission structure available upon completion of probationary period

* Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday (30 minutes for lunch)

What you will be doing:
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues effectively
* Offering support to external/internal sales reps with quoting and administration
* Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships
* Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing
* Working with the sales team, in pipeline management, to ensure all opportunities are being followed through
* Some responsibility will involve taking in-bound calls/enquiries and actioning as necessary
What we are looking for
* Prior administration experience within a sales environment would be highly beneficial
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the sales team
* Ability to work within a small but driven team
* Experience of working with ERP systems and CRM sales tools
