My Hereford based client have an exciting career opportunity for a motivated and sales orientated Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team. My client specialise in selling Construction Machinery parts to a number of different customers within their Industry. Previous knowledge is not essential as full product training will be given to the right person.
This is very much a growth role paying a competitive base salary of up to £28k and will allow for the right person to progress to a Supervisory level role.
The role is Monday-Friday 8-4.30pm and fully office based.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Developing and Managing existing customers
• Qualifying and developing warm leads/finding and developing new leads
• Providing Quotations to customers
• Maintain and update CRM system with customer notes
• Guide customers through the sale from start to finish
• Being responsible for a number of customers ranging in size including taking accountability for all sales relating to account
• Working collaboratively as part of a team
Key Skills Required

• Experience of working towards KPI’s and targets
• Excellent administration skills
• Pleasant approachable nature
• Ability and interest in learning product and basic technical specifications
• Previous Experience in Business Development or any other customer facing role would be an advantage
