Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Support to join our client, a telecoms and technology company who are recognised as a leader in their field. This role is suitable for a professional person who is looking to progress their career with an exciting and innovative company.
The ideal candidate must live within 1 hour of Cardiff and the salary is 25,000 – 28,000 per annum.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support:
- Ensuring the CRM systems are kept up to date, including current contacts and buying roles
- Making sure the sales teams are using the correct deal types and pipelines for their deals
- Working with the sales teams to create and define ongoing improvements and requirements to enhance the sales process for everyone
- Providing new business and renewal quotes to assist the team when necessary
- Ensuring appropriate compliance frameworks are being followed and adhered to
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Support:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working within a Sales Support role is highly preferred
- Great attention to detail and a professional manner is required
- You should be PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good problem-solving and communication skills are required as well as an analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
