Duties for Sales Valuer
- Generating and conduct market valuations.
- Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- Business development
- Able to build relationships with both buyers and vendors.
- Good knowledge of the local and surrounding areas.
- Working towards targets.
- Offer training and support to other team members.
Skills for Sales Valuer
- At least 1 years’ experience in a Sales Valuer role
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organized
- Full drivers license
Package Sales Valuer
- £24,000 - £25,000 OTE £40,000
- Monday to Friday 9am- 5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-4pm
