Sales/Customer Service Assistant
Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual ready to embark on a new adventure? Look no further! We're seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team for an initial 6-month period, with potential for extension for the right fit.
Here's what you need to know:
Working Days: Monday to Wednesday (3 days per week)
Salary Range: £12 - £13ph
Duties:
- Conduct outbound correspondence to existing, lost and new customers - this will include calls, emails (Mailchimp), and WhatsApp.
- Keep track of and adjust stock levels using inhouse software).
- Manage and nurture a growing customer database through our integrated CRM system.
- Oversee and manage online sales and dispatch.
- Monitor and process orders.
- Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently.
- Maintain Document control system.
- Skillfully handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- This role is primarily focused on sales-led customer service, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.
