Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual ready to embark on a new adventure? Look no further! We're seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team for an initial 6-month period, with potential for extension for the right fit.

Here's what you need to know:

Working Days: Monday to Wednesday (3 days per week)

Salary Range: £12 - £13ph

Duties:

• Conduct outbound correspondence to existing, lost and new customers - this will include calls, emails (Mailchimp), and WhatsApp.


• Keep track of and adjust stock levels using inhouse software).


• Manage and nurture a growing customer database through our integrated CRM system.


• Oversee and manage online sales and dispatch.


• Monitor and process orders.


• Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently.


• Maintain Document control system.


• Skillfully handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.


• This role is primarily focused on sales-led customer service, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.
