Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Delivery Driver to join our team. The Sales Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales orders accurately and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of Sales Orders:

Safely transport and deliver products to customers' designated locations.

Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of sales orders.

Follow established routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Answer any customer inquiries or concerns regarding products or deliveries.

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Effectively communicate delivery delays or changes to customers as necessary.

Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.

Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations during deliveries.

Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Inventory Management:

Assist in loading and unloading products at the company's Premises.

Keep accurate records of delivered products and returned items.

Collaborate with the sales team to reconcile any discrepancies between orders and deliveries.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.

Basic math skills for order verification purposes.

Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours, if necessary.
