To excel in this position, you must possess patience, adept negotiation skills (especially when dealing with demanding personalities), and a strategic, methodical approach to your work. Working closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and define product specifications will be a fundamental aspect of your responsibilities.
Leading a team of business analysts, and working in concert with Salesforce developers and administrators, you will be tasked with managing and reconciling conflicting demands to establish a comprehensive development strategy.
You are not one to tolerate inefficient resource usage, as this could impact your relationships with internal stakeholders. Your role will involve managing diverse perspectives and aligning them to create a unified vision that best serves the needs of the wider Commercial function.

The Key Requirements...
- Proven track record in product management roles, with experience leading the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives.
- Experience in a complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development.
- Strong experience assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and is aligned with strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
- Strong communicator and comfortable in explaining Salesforce design/ architecture & roadmap to a wide range of audiences from both technology and business backgrounds.
