- Provide base Netweaver technical support for Kingfisher SAP Applications
- Help co-ordinate all SAP technical activities with 3rd parties
- Involvement in the full lifecycle (design, build, implementation) of business and infrastructure change programme
- Full involvement in the ITIL process to ensure the team meet the SLA target across service management processes (via 3rd party management) and deliver to project SLA timescales
- Understand and help promote/improve monitoring of SAP systems via use of Solution Manager
- Planning for all SAP technical activities are tracked, plans are up-to-date and communicated
- Provide 24x7 support coverage as required by SAP Technical Operations Manager and drive Process Efficiency/Effectiveness (using 3rd parties where appropriate)
- Exploit new and existing functionality to help drive IT and/or Business opportunities and innovation
- Direct input into shaping the SAP roadmap and SAP Design and actively support the change approval process
- Help to ensure effective service lifecycle management in conjunction with other service management personnel and service control
- Provide base Netweaver technical support for Kingfisher SAP Applications

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial expenditures within GCP, identifying areas of inefficiency and waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize GCP billing and expenditures without compromising performance or reliability
- Involvement in the full lifecycle (design, build, implementation) of business and infrastructure change programme
- Full involvement in the ITIL process to ensure the team meet the SLA target across service management processes (via 3rd party management)
- Understand and help promote/improve monitoring of SAP systems via use of Solution Manager
