Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP S4 HANA.
Participate in the implementation, customisation, and enhancement of the ERP system to meet the organisations evolving needs.
Analyse existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilisation of the ERP system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between various systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a System Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of ERP implementations.
Experience in customising and configuring SAP modules to align with business requirements.
Proficiency in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
Solid understanding of business processes, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
