Overview

We have engaged a client within the Public Sector to deliver a new Dynamics 365 CRM system designed to manage case management for fraud cases. This platform will

enable individuals to raise instances around fraud for investigation, reporting etc. The Project has just entered build phase with completion of the CRM earmarked for October 2024. Our client does not have the internal resource capability for this role and therefore is looking external.

The Business Analyst will be working with an Analysis team that oversees both the business side and technical side of requirement gathering and scoping etc, they will be the main lead into the technical Analysis side around the CRM as the team does not have the expertise or experience with Dynamics 365

They have some heavy customizations in the Dynamics implementation, so the consultant will need to have a deep understanding of the underlying datamodel/entities,.

Clearance:  NPPVS3 (police clearance) or SC Cleared (preferred)

• Hybrid - Roughly 2 days onsite in Central London (wont be anymore than that in a week and some weeks you may not have to go in)
• Initial 6 month contract
• £400 p/d PAYE
