Overview: The Test Engineer is a crucial member of our software engineering team, responsible for executing software-related test activities outlined within a Sprint Backlog. This includes crafting test designs, writing procedures, and conducting tests at Unit, Integration, or System levels.
Responsibilities:
- Create test designs based on System or Derived Requirements.
- Craft test procedures and scripts.
- Execute tests and produce comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate within the Agile Scrum team.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of Software Testing experience.
- Ability to follow test scripts precisely and produce high-quality software and documentation.
- Experience with configuration management and defect tracking tools.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Agile development using Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with tools like HP ALM, Rational ClearCase, and ClearQuest.
- Knowledge of industry processes and standards.
