Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 p.a. + 25 days holiday (30 inc Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling engineers to go out to client sites.
- Answering the telephone an email queries.
- Liaising with internal and external customers.
- Processing customer sales and rental orders, pro-formas and quotations received over the phone and emails.
- Data entry, inputting orders.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Escalate issues/queries when appropriate.
- Assisting office with general administration duties.
- Maintain all filing systems to an acceptable standard.
- Ad Hoc duties - credit checking, presentations, reports.
Experience/ Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a Scheduler type role is desirable.
- Must have a confident telephone manner and the ability to provide an excellent level of service.
- Must be able to commute to Trafford Park on a daily basis.
- IT literate with knowledge of office software such as Word and Outlook.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
