Working Hours 8am – 16.00pm
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining student and staff records, including attendance, enrolment, and student health records.
- Provide administrative support for student and staff-related activities, such as events, meetings, and orientations.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and record-keeping processes, including student academic and disciplinary records.
- Manage office supplies, order and restock as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office-related purchases and services.
- Assist in preparing and distributing school communications, including newsletters, announcements, and other relevant materials.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents as required.
- Good communication skills, able to liaise with all parties involved in the school
- Good understanding of safeguarding and GDPR
- Good interpersonal skills, able to use diplomacy and tact
- Strong MS Skills and Knowledge of School software packages
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- A problem solver, sees the solution and presents accordingly
