Scheduling Administrator
We're recruiting for an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join our well-established client based in Halifax. This is a great opportunity for an Administrator who is seeking a varied role with a close-knit team. The Scheduling Administration role is ideal for an individual who has experience dealing with the scheduling process and compliance documents.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary: Starting salary of £22,646, rising to £23,712 after probation.
The Role:
- Liaising directly with customers and engineers in arranging scheduled appointments for contractors to ensure all clients are compliant
- Updating customer account records accurately
- Managing customer's expectations throughout a job's life cycle
- Chasing updates on live jobs to ensure work is completed in the time frame requested
- Completion of quotes and actively gaining customer approval to maintain/improve quote conversation
- Maintaining excellent relations with both customers and engineers
The Candidate:
- Experience in scheduling work/planning/coordination of contractors is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills over the phone and via email
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and to timescales
- Eagerness to learn and develop
