SalaryReed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our Orpington based Marketing Agency in securing them an exciting Scheduling Administratorrole on a Fixed Term Contract Basis until November 2024.
The ideal Scheduling Administratorwould need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties:
Scheduling Administratorduties:
- Booking and ensuring installations from survey to completion are crewed correctly and efficiently to budget and scope.
- Ensure that the install administrator is following all appropriate installation ways or working and procedures for each install job.
- Equipment and sundries ordering.
- Liaison with production and account teams to allow for timely availability of graphics for all installations.
