Scheme Manager Tate recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well established public authority business based in Brighton and Hove. We are looking for a Scheme Manager to join their Housing team: £15.43ph Full time 3 month contract- potential for permanent placement Must have Enhanced DBS Hybrid working- onsite 4 days a week The Role: The Scheme Manager is our premises manager of a named seniors housing scheme. They have a role in managing the building (including health and safety tasks) as well as providing tenancy support to older residents. They conduct a daily call service and a weekly accountability check which requires daily site presence. They are also first responders to emergency alarm activations including both the warden call system and fire alarm. The Team: The Scheme Manager (SM) works within a team of 6 others SMs within the west part of the seniors housing team. This sits within the wider seniors housing service which covers the whole of Brighton & Hove. The SM primarily works at a dedicated scheme, but does sometimes work with their SM colleagues in the west team and is expected to provide cover at other schemes when necessary. Must have criteria: Experience in public sector/Customer service Excellent communication skills verbal and literal You should have a desire to learn and be excited by the opportunity to work for an employer who can offer a varied and interesting workload.
