School Administrator

Staff for Education are currently recruiting for a School Administrator for a lovely Primary School in the Alfreton area to start after the Easter Holidays. The school are ideally looking for someone that can work on a full-time basis but would also consider part-time for the right candidate.
As a School Administrator, you main duties will include:
• General administrative duties: photocopying, filing and archiving.
• Providing support to pupil admissions and registers
• Event administration and correspondence.
• Provide cover for reception.
• Responding to emails and forwarding them to the correct person at the school
• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries, taking messages and transferring calls
• Supporting staff, parents and pupil queries.
• Interacting with visitors to the School.
• Be able to support the management of a busy and thriving school office.
The school are ideally looking for someone that has experience working in a school office environment and understands how the school office runs. They would need someone that has experience using Scholarpack and Parentpay.
