Job Title - School Administrator
Location - Lambeth
Working Pattern - 8am - 12pm, Monday to Friday, Term time only

Career Teachers are working in partnership with a Primary School in Brixton, who are seeking a School Administrator on an interim basis to start ASAP.

School Administrator Responsibilities

* Handling incoming queries via telephone and face to face on reception
* General administration duties i.e. filing, photocopying and inputting data
* Coordinating all administrative processes
* Supporting students and parents with queries
* Managing student records and databases accurately and confidentially
* Welcoming visitors to the school, and ensuring the relevant signing in procedures are followed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need previous experience as a School Administrator, ideally in a Primary School setting.

In addition, you will be committed to ensuring the welfare and safety of the children at all times. You will do this by adhering to safeguarding and health & safety policies, and ensuring strict security measures are followed as you are front of house for all visitors.
