Key duties:
- Maintaining and securing the school premises
- Carrying out basic repairs and performing DIY tasks
- Cleaning or supervising cleaning of facilities
- Managing security and access to the site
- Supervising external contractors
- Planning for site development and usage
- Setting maintenance and repair priorities
- Opening and locking the building
- Assisting teaching staff with setting up facilities
- Performing security checks and reporting incidents
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the school and grounds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
