SANZA Teaching Agency are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Caretaker to join a wonderful primary school in Ealing!
This is a full-time role and will be on a contract to start with, with the vision for permancy.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the school premises, as well as ensuring that all facilities are in good working order.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, and common areas
- Carrying out regular inspections of the school to identify any repairs or maintenance that may be required
- Managing and supervising a team of cleaning staff
- Responding promptly to any reported issues and taking the necessary actions to resolve them
- Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring that the school premises are secure at all times
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a School Caretaker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for creating a safe and clean learning environment for students
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
