Responsibilities: As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the school premises. The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:
Damp Dusting: Dusting surfaces to ensure a dust-free and clean environment.
Cleaning Toilets: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing toilets to maintain high hygiene standards.
Vacuuming: Using vacuum cleaners to clean carpets and floors.
Sweeping: Sweeping and mopping floors to keep them clean and free of debris.
Mopping: Ensuring that all floors are mopped and maintained in a presentable condition.
Emptying Bins: Regularly emptying waste bins and disposing of trash appropriately.
Refilling Toiletries and Consumables: Checking and replenishing toiletries and other consumables as needed.
Other Reasonable Duties: Performing any additional tasks or duties as required to maintain a clean and orderly school environment.
Qualities and Skills:
Reliability: The successful candidate must be reliable, punctual, and able to consistently perform cleaning duties.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
Initiative: Ability to work independently and take the initiative to address cleaning needs.
Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing.
