• Experience: Recent work in an educational setting
• Qualifications: Degree-level qualification
• Skills: Strong behaviour management, adaptability, and quick thinking
• Attributes: Confidence, passion for education, and flexibility
• Documentation: Comprehensive CV detailing the last 10 years of employment, explanations for any breaks
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional references, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
• Legal: Right to work in the UK
• Commitment: Willingness to attend a face-to-face registration interview
