- Managing the school's Management Information System (MIS) and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collating and analysing data to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Producing regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and trends to senior leadership.
- Providing training and support to staff on data collection and analysis tools.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and safeguarding policies.
- Collaborating with staff across the school to identify data needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in data management best practices and technology.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role, within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to upholding data protection and confidentiality standards.
