Job Description
The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for:* First point of contact for all HR enquiries
- Supporting HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee records and data
- Coordinating recruitment and the onboarding processes
- Adminstering staff absence
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Assistant must have:* HR Administrative experience
- Experience of working within a school would be desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Positive approach.
