We are currently working with a school in Wandsworth to recruit a School HR Manager to provide high quality and impactful HR work. You will advise and support the Co-Headteachers, HR Officers and Senior Leadership Team of the school, providing a full HR service from recruitment to exit, and everything in between!
You will be the main contact for all HR queries, providing beneficial and proactive support and advice to managers and employees on a broad range of HR policies and processes.

As a School HR Manager your key focus will be to ensure the school’s recruitment and compliance procedures are processed effectively and in line with recruitment and inspection requirements. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join an upcoming school.
School HR Manager Requirements:
- Experience within school environment.
- The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Relevant experience of HR policies, procedures, and a good understanding of basic employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels.
- Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
