We are looking for a dynamic School HR Manager to provide top HR support within an exceptional school trust in Brent! In this role, the responsibility of School HR Manager, you'll be the go-to for all things HR, supporting the Senior Leadership Team through recruitment, retention, and everything in between.
Essential candidates for the School HR Manager role will boast a CIPD Level 7 qualification, a solid grasp of HR policies and employment law, and a talent for staff recruitment within the education sector.
School HR Manager Job Summary:
- To lead the operational HR activities and processes alongside development of policies and the strategic management of personnel.
- To support the whole school through the effective management and delivery of the Human Resources function to the principal and to all staff including senior management.
- Relationship building, supporting employees directly, coordinating, planning, and executing HR activities.
- To deliver effective and efficient support, maintaining the agreed standards of service, to the students, staff and parents who make up the school community, creating and promoting an image of the trust which is in accordance with its ethos and values.
- The individual is expected to lead by example, develop teamwork and actively promote the school’s corporate policies.
- The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD Level 7 qualified.
- Relevant experience of HR policies, procedures, and a good understanding of basic employment legislation.
- Experience of managing staff recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels.
- Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
