Job Description
The successful HR Officer will be responsible for: * Supporting the daily operations of HR services across the academy
* Advising on employee relations cases
* Promoting staff development
* Managing the onboarding process
* Absence management
* Generalist HR support.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Officer must have:* HR experience within education would be beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
