Tradewind Recruitment are working with a school located in the heart of Selly Oak, Birmingham. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join the team as a Primary School Office Manager.
As the primary point of contact for administrative operations, the Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of this Selly Oak-based primary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the School Office.
- Provide leadership and direction to administrative support staff.
- Communication:
- Act as a central point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors.
- Handle inquiries, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Student Records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Assist in the enrolment and withdrawal processes.
- Financial Management:
- Manage school finances, including invoicing, petty cash, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.
- Human Resources:
- Support HR functions, including staff attendance tracking and leave management.
- Coordinate with the HR department on recruitment and onboarding processes.
