A warm and welcoming Barnet Primary School are seeking an organised, efficient and friendly School Receptionist to join their school on a full-time basis. Working hours for this role are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.

About the role:
The school are looking for a hardworking and reliable School Receptionist to join their supportive and happy school. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents and pupils with a professional, helpful and friendly approach to build positive ongoing relationships. The School Receptionist will be responsible for providing a flexible, productive and responsive administrative service to the teaching team and management team thereby contributing towards the smooth running of the school.
Experience using Arbor is preferential for this role.
