A successful Hillingdon Secondary School are looking for a reliable and committed School Reception ato join their team. This is a full time role working 7:30am – 14:00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
About the role:
The school are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist who will be the welcoming face of the school, ensuring that everyone who enters the reception area experiences a warm and positive introduction. They are seeking a friendly and reliable individual who will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the reception area.
With exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner, the Receptionist will be responsible for handling interactions with children, parents, staff, and external agencies with sensitivity and professionalism.
In addition to creating a positive first impression, this role will also involve contributing to the effective administration.
