As a Scientist (AUC Specialist) in the Protein Characterisation Team, you will develop, implement and conduct bioanalytical assay techniques such as analytical ultracentrifugation (sv-AUC) of proteins and biochemicals to support the development of novel protein therapeutics. You will complete sample preparation, assay/instrument troubleshooting and will maintain accurate records and contribute to regulatory submissions, protocols and reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- PhD in relevant subject or BSc/MSc plus significant postgraduate experience
- Excellent knowledge of protein chemistry
- Experience with technique such as sv-AUC, HPLC, spectroscopy
