An excellent opportunity has arisen for a SCRIPTED MEDIA LAWYER to join our client based in Central London. 
With a principal focus on talent and rights contracts, you will enjoy an immensely varied business and legal affairs role.  As part of a collegiate Legal & Business Affairs team, you will handle artist, writer, director, format and option agreements and issues concerning rights and talent management.
You will liaise with a range of production companies, broadcasters and SVOD platforms, as well as work closely with Equity and PACT.
 
You will be someone who is experienced and who can hit the ground running. You will also be a skilled communicator, with a passion to protect clients’ interests and a desire to play an active part in negotiating contracts and keeping abreast of developments in the law. 
 
Applicants will need to have experience of working in, or for, the film, TV and/or theatre industry. Knowledge of WGGB and PACT equity agreements will be required.
