Do you have Scrum experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Scrum MasterSenior Specialist, and the role comes with an Umbrella contract rate of £32.47 per hour (Inside IR35).
As a Scrum Master Specialist, you will coach several teams focused on business transformation activities in the application of agile values and principles. The teams operate within a wider programme, so you will need get them to work with other teams (tool development) and support the at-scale organisation efficiently deliver the commitments.

- Create impediments and relentlessly chase them to closure to ensure this
- Measure the efficiency of the team's ability to deliver on their commitments.
