Role Summary
Aubay is seeking a proactive Scrum Master with previous experience delivering cloud projects to join our client’s Cloud Migration programme. As agent of change, you will actively propagate Agile ways of working and best practices across the company. You will be responsible for overseeing the application of Agile principles, tools, and techniques, fostering Agile practices within chosen frameworks for maximum success. Being a servant leader, you will provide support and coaching to the Product Owner, squad, and stakeholders, facilitating and ensuring optimal collaboration.

Required Skills and Experience
- Over 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master/Coach role - Scrum Master certification required
- Previous large-scale Cloud Migration programme experience
- Knowledge of Lean, Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps, Design Thinking
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Software Development roles, lifecycle, and organisational skills
- Awareness and appreciation of IT and Business Risk & Cybersecurity
- Ability to inspire, pass on knowledge, develop commitment (skill, culture, mind-set)
- Ability to understand project mindset and use tooling to support squad
- Understanding of Tribe and Guild approach; ability to create and support a new squad, tribe, etc. for a new product
- Experience managing and adapting Agile processes in line with business and delivery needs
- Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry is highly desirable
Key Role Responsibilities
To guarantee the method for the benefit of the Product:
- Being the contact person for and overseeing application of Agile values and principles within the squad
- Applying the Agile approach and coordinating or facilitating the necessary procedures, governance and ceremonies
- Supporting continuous improvement through feedback or other initiatives to improve squad efficiency
- Coaching the squad and Product Owner on implementing the Agile framework
- Proposing tried and tested or innovative techniques for defining, prioritising, developing and estimating, etc.
As a facilitator:
- Ensuring smooth communication and promoting a positive atmosphere in the squad
- Leveraging appropriate tooling and governance
- Monitoring deliveries and actively supporting the squad in finding solutions to different emerging problems
- Supporting and coaching the Product Owner in managing the backlog
- Contributing to the reporting of reliable information regarding the progress of the squad’s work and/or the product
- Supporting the governance required of the squad from PMO or the wider organisation
To manage the integration of the squad:
- Anticipating the need for the squad
- Supporting Agile @Scale where required
- Helping with the integration of newcomers
To participate in agility management within a guild and/or chapter:
- Helping create and enhancing tools that are reusable within the community
- Contributing to the production of relevant content inspired by own experience, particularly for training purposes
