Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a track record of success within diverse software product teams? My client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their growing team.
The Role:
As a Scrum Master, you'll coach, guide and empower a large technical scum team to facilitate focus on project delivery, pace-setting and encourage relationship-building between development and product teams. You'll operate as part of a larger scrum team, setting the foundations for a healthy working environment that ultimately contributes to customer and project success. Whilst initially the role would be more in-office than remote, once you are fully onboarded and to-grips with the team and service, there will be more opportunity for flexible working hours and a hybrid working approach.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a SM within technical teams.
- Comfortable coaching teams and individuals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Keen to support the team in a coaching manner, rather than a PM function.
