About the role

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? There is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Welcome Centre as a Seasonal Customer Services Officer!

You will provide consistently high quality customer service to our residents and visitors to our Island. Youll be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, payments and requests for information on a range of Government Services through face to face, postal, e-mail and phone contact. You will also need to keep up to date with the services provided by the Isle of Man Government and the attractions and events on island for visitors and residents.

Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and all Manx and U.K. bank holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.

Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
