We are currently looking for a Second in English to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a dedicated team player who is enthusiastic about their classroom practice and committed to delivering the best teaching and learning experience for our students. We are looking for someone who is eager to expand their subject knowledge and improve their teaching pedagogy, as well as help others do the same.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of excellent teaching
- A commitment to continuously improve and developing the curriculum
- The ability to engage and inspire pupils and build strong relationships with them
- Passionate and ambitious about their own career development.
- An enthusiasm for coaching and instructional excellence
The English department is highly experienced with a number of skilled leaders teaching and delivering the English curriculum. Our faculty is ambitious, creative, and energetic in order to provide our students with the best possible experience from KS3-KS5. We offer a diverse curriculum that promotes excellence and expertise in students. Our staff have a real say in the development of the curriculum and we are exceptionally supported by the power of our network.
