We are currently busy working with some lovely Secondary and SEND schools in and around Basildon who are looking for enthusiastic and lively trainee Teaching Assistants to join their teams. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant a school will offer you full training and support whilst you work out whether a career in education is for you. Further down the line if you would like to become a teacher, these schools can offer you "on the job" teacher training - so you can gain your Qualified Teacher Status whilst earning.

Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

• You will have the opportunity to work closely with wonderful children in small groups or on an individual basis, supporting their learning and development.

• Your ability to adapt activities to cater to different learning styles and individual needs will contribute to the overall progress and attainment of our students.
• Effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues will be essential for building positive relationships and ensuring a supportive learning environment.
