Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Cathays High School
Contract: Long-term and ad hoc supply
Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Salary: £12.82 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of learning activities
- Support individual students and small groups in their academic journey
- Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance educational outcomes
Desirable Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Experience in an educational setting is advantageous
- The ability to speak a second language is highly desirable to cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
