Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and provide support to students.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive and safe learning atmosphere.
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
