We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Secretary/Administrator to join a busy team based in central York. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the team. Key duties will include:
- Audio and non-audio dictation
- Daily filing
- Setting up new files and organising closure of completed files
- Requesting property searches/land registry searches
- Dealing with client/third party queries
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent audio typing skills (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
