Hours - 9.00 - 5.30, Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Administrator / Secretary looking to join a well established, growing business?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, professional and super organised team player to become an integral member of a supportive, friendly team at their offices in Horsham.
Working with the professional services, this role will see you providing support to fee earners in all aspects of diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, liaising with clients, preparing documents etc. This is a comprehensive support role that would suit someone with well developed time management skills, who has experience of working within a regulated sector and who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
If you enjoy a busy support role and have a background in Legal, Accountancy or other professional services, we are especially keen to hear from you.
